Phonographic Unlimited was started by Matt Braun (The Record Player) originally as an outlet for selling used vinyl records online. After interests shifted this gradually evolved into a brand that focuses on well-designed products influenced by music, DJ and vinyl collecting cultures. We are in the process of developing new products but if you have any thoughts on what you would like, please let us know!
Phonographic Unlimited is currently based in Philadelphia and all of our products are made within the city limits and designed so that they could be made within the limits of most big cities in America. This assures a high level of quality and establishing good relationships with our vendors. We actually pick up our products in-person and even get to watch them being made! Matt actually does some of the fabrication himself. This business model provides the opportunity for the business to scale up or even relocate without changing the core philosophies.
